Est. $265,000-$270,000 Audemars Piguet Jules Audemars Tourbillon Chronograph 41mm Solid 18K Rose Gold Watch W/Brown Alligator Band Unworn W/Box, Papers & Tag - This magnificent and rare investment timepiece was made by Audemars Piguet as part of the brand's extremely limited Jules Audemars collection, which pays homage to one of the two founding fathers of the brand who was a true pioneer in the field of complications. The design blends appealing aesthetics and technical excellence which match the vintage nature of a manually wound tourbillion movement. The enthralling mechanism can be viewed through the brown open-worked dial and the glareproof sapphire crystal caseback, and features central hours, minutes and chronograph seconds, while the tourbillion revolves at the six o'clock position. The dial also has a chapter ring on the outer rim, small seconds at nine o'clock and 30-minute counter at the three o'clock position. The hand-wound 2936 caliber movement is comprised of 299 parts and 28 jewels and beats at 21,600 vibrations per hour, providing a 72-hour power reserve. The 41mm case is crafted of solid 18k rose gold and is fitted with a hand-stitched brown large square scale alligator band finished with a sturdy 18k rose gold AP deployment clasp.
