It is made of genuine ostrich leather and has a suede interior. The knob is comprised of a sugar loaf genuine red coral cabochon that is housed in 18k yellow gold. The locking mechanism is them framed with mother of pearl and is accented with four genuine diamonds, one on each corner. This display fits the bag beautifully and creates a stunning color blocking with the use of yellow gold, black, red and mother of pearl. This piece is pure luxury at its finest and was made by one of the world's top designers. This amazing piece truly is museum quality and comes housed in its original Cartier Paris red box. We have never seen another piece like this, and we are a fifth generation auction house. These pieces are highly sought after by the most avid collectors and celebrities around the world.
