The piece also features a diamond lined Halo-style setting, as the piece is lined with approximately 0.75ctw genuine SI1-SI2/G-H round cut diamonds that also extend along the shoulders of the piece. Diaspore is a Type II transparent gemstone, meaning that it is usually extremely eye-clean. To find a Diaspore this size is a truly rare find, making this a very strong investment piece. Diaspores are considered to be a 7/10 on the gemstone hardness scale, and are known for their transparent play of color.
