Est. $3,000-$3,500 Ilias Lalaounis Solid 18K Yellow Gold Lion Head Bypass Ring W/Diamond & Ruby Accents - This unique, handmade ring was made in Greece by famed designer Ilias Lalaounis. This jewelry designer is so well loved and historic that they have their own museum, The Ilias Lalaounis Jewelry Museum is a museum in Athens, Greece. The ring was finely crafted of solid 18k yellow gold, and has an ornate bypass design with a "woven" gold band and a fierce figural lion head detail. The lion is finished with piercing genuine ruby eyes and a single cut diamond collar. The diamonds are set in white gold to best display their radiant white color, showing wonderful attention to detail. The ring is signed "Lalaounis" on the inside of the band. Ring size: 7.
