The ear clips have a gorgeous high karat yellow color and a domed shape decorated with a satin finish and polished swirled accents. The earrings are also embellished with granulated details throughout the swirls, with gold beads fused to the surface of the piece creating a decorative pattern. The amount of precision, skill and patience it requires makes this one of the most labor-intensive jewelry techniques, making this piece of the highest quality. The pieces of Elizabeth Gage are easily recognizable because of the richness of her bold designs in yellow gold and brightly colored enamel and her prominent use of large gemstones.
