Est. $9,000-$12,000 Elvis Presley's Personally Owned (3) Pairs of Cufflinks Given to Personal Barber Homer Gilleland W/Letter of Provenance - These three pairs of cufflinks were personally owned by Elvis Presley before he gave them to his long time personal barber Homer Gilleland. The lot includes: gold tone round cufflinks with a ruby colored embellishment in the center, gold tone cufflinks with a red and blue colored marble center, and gold tone cufflinks with a fiery white crystal center. They will be accompanied by a letter of provenance dated April 26, 1991 signed by Gilleland, which states in part "these three pair of costume cufflinks were given to Elvis by one of his fans and he did wear them often during concerts...Elvis like[d] to wear stuff like this on the road in case something fell off or got lost". Homer Gilleland was Elvis' personal barber for over 20 years preceeding his death, and was even given a credit card so he could travel anywhere in the world if Elvis needed a color touchup or trim.
