Est. $100,000-$120,000 Halo 3 ODST Drop Pod Designed by Visionary Entertainment Signed by Steve Downes Used Opening Day of Release (Museum Exhibited) - This Halo 3 ODST Drop Pod was designed and constructed by Visionary Entertainment Inc. The pod was made for the XBOX video game Halo 3 ODST, and the design was approved by Microsoft’s 343 Industries, who works directly with the Halo Franchise. This Drop Pod was used on the opening day of the game's release in 2010 at a Best Buy store where it was displayed for four months. After the initial release was completed Visionary Entertainment then redesigned the Drop Pod to be an interactive ride and eventually introduced the Drop Pod simulator to the Comic Conventions. To create an environment around the simulator a 12 foot tall life size scale Halo 3 Enemy Covenant Brute was added along with a war torn environment, and Halo 3 ODST characters ODST Corporal Dutch Miles and ODST Gretchen Ketola played by character actors Scott Todd and Michelle Pfaffmann. In 2017, Steve Downes, the character voice actor for Halo’s Master Chief, signed the Drop Pod. Mr. Downes also used the Drop Pod in a video advertisement campaign for his upcoming conventions he would be attending. Over the span pf eight years this Drop Pod has been visited by thousands of children and adults, and is sure to be displayed for many more years to come. The pod comes with a 20 foot long custom trailer and can be packed and rolled away by two people allowing the piece to easily be taken to conventions and more. This item is currently on display in a museum. Shipping will be at the expense of the buyer, and the auction house will help facilitate shipping arrangements, if necessary.
