Est. $17,000-$18,000 Patek Philippe Rare 1970s Solid 18K Yellow Gold 24mm Cushion Shaped Watch (Ref. 4124) W/Extract from the Archives - This rare, investment quality timepiece was made by one the most prestigious luxury watchmakers in the industry, Patek Philippe. This early 1970s wristwatch was finely crafted of solid 18k yellow gold and features: 24mm solid 18k yellow gold cushion-shaped case, gold dial with blue outer ring and applied gold hands and hour markers, manual-winding movement, and solid 18k yellow woven gold bracelet. This watch has excellent investment potential, as it is an incredibly rare timepiece from the early 1970s which is extremely hard to find. Patek Phillippe watches are some of the most sought after in the world, as it is said that fewer than 1 million Patek Philippe watches have been made since 1839. The Patek production is so detailed that it takes approximately nine months to make its most basic watches, and over two years to produce some of the more complicated pieces. This watch has excellent investment potential, as Patek Philippe resale value is above that of all other makers, vintage or modern. The watch measures 7" in length and will be accompanied by the Extract from the Archives which lists a manufacture date of 1969. The watch is in very good vintage condition, and is working.
