The sides of the ring are decorated with high relief skull faces that have flawless blue sapphire eyes. This collection was inspired by "Crazy Skull" which is a one-of-kind masterpiece made by the brand to embody happiness and cheer in the face of a skull. The piece had over 45ctw of genuine stones (mostly diamonds) and was never duplicated. This particular ring is a very limited extension of that masterpiece and is of the highest collectible quality, as it is in mint condition. Creation I, a necklace by de Grisogono, was sold for nearly $125 million, in a 2017 Christie's sale. This designer is known for the finest luxury goods and you rarely find these pieces made for the world's most elite, especially in this mint condition.
