Est. $22,000-$25,000 Rolex 1930's Oyster Perpetual 32mm 18K Rose Gold Bubbleback Watch (Ref. 3131) W/Rolex Lizard Band - This handsome vintage timepiece by Rolex is the highly sought after vintage Oyster Perpetual "Bubbleback". The watch features a 32mm 18k rose gold case, acrylic crystal, rare Salmon dial with painted Arabic numerals and luminous hands, self-winding automatic movement with chronometer and brown Lizard Rolex band. This iconic model was one of the first fully-functional automatic watches produced in the 1930's. This watch is working, and is in wonderful condition for its age. It also has a Rolex buckle, which speaks to the investment quality of the timepiece. The watch measures 9" in length. Model: 3131, Serial: 93XXX. In 1936, Rolex introduced a two-piece case with model numbers 3131 and 3132. This watch features the very rare and highly collectible case number 3131. It even has scratch marks from the makers, reflecting its part of the early edition of these cases.
