The original x-ray negative comes with the original envelope from the Las Vegas Medical Clinic and Dr. Elias Ghanem. Elvis passed on August 16, 1977. This x-ray was taken just 11 short months before he passed, possibly indicating chest pains prior to his untimely death. This is a significant piece of Elvis history.
