Est. $265,000-$275,000 1.50ct GIA Certified VS2 Natural Fancy Blue-Gray Diamond in 1.00ctw VS2-SI1/G-H Diamond & Solid 18K Yellow Gold Ring (Comes W/$265,000 Appraisal) - This beautiful ring was finely crafted of solid 18k yellow gold, and boasts a stunning 1.50ct GIA certified VS2 natural fancy blue-gray cushion cut diamond. This piece has excellent investment potential, as natural fancy colored diamonds are becoming increasingly sought after, and blue hued diamonds are among the rarest and most expensive of the fancy colors in the world. With increasing demand and dwindling supply, natural fancy blue diamond prices are continuing to rise each year. In 2016 a 5.06ct sold at auction for over $1.5 million. This blue diamond is incredibly difficult to find as they are only offered in the most elite markets and to a particular clientele, you may never see another one. This diamond is gorgeously eye clean, and displays a natural, even color and has no fluorescence according to the GIA report. The diamond is set in a stunning solid 18k yellow gold setting decorated with approximately 1.00ctw genuine VS2-VS1/G-H brilliant round cut diamonds, which are fiery white and finish the piece flawlessly. The head of the ring measures 9.8mm x 9.7mm and the band measures 2mm wide. The ring will be accompanied by the GIA report for the center diamond, along with a $265,000 insurance valuation report in the winning bidder's name by a graduate appraiser.
