Est. $6,000-$6,500 2.01ct GIA Certified No Heat Blue Sapphire, 1.25ctw VS1-VS2/G-H Diamond & Solid Platinum Ring - This lovely ring was finely crafted of solid platinum, and is decorated with a 2.01ct GIA certified Cambodian blue sapphire. The sapphire is an oval cut with a transparent pure blue color and shows "no indications of heating" according to the GIA report. Cambodian blue sapphires may not be as mainstream as sapphires from other regions, however some of the stones coming from Cambodia can be placed among the best sapphires produced as they are usually not as inky as many others from basaltic areas. Quality Cambodian blue sapphires over 2 carats are incredibly rare, placing this gemstone in the investment tier at 2.01ct. The sapphire is set in a solid platinum ballerina style setting which is decorated with approx. 1.25ctw genuine VS1-VS2/G-H round and tapered baguette cut diamonds. The table of the ring measures 17.5mm x 15mm and the band measures 2mm wide. The ring will be accompanied by the original GIA report for the sapphire. Ring size: 4 (sizeable). (WEIGHT: 7.5 grams)
