Est. $11,000-$11,500 Carrera y Carrera 0.20ctw VS1-VS2/G-H Diamond & Solid 18K Yellow Gold 18" Panther Pendant Necklace - This beautiful necklace was finely crafted of solid 18k yellow gold, and was made by renowned jewelry house Carrera y Carrera. The necklace is comprised of a 1.75" x 1.75" pendant which hangs on a heavy, 5mm thick link chain. The pendant is decorated in high relief with two roaring panthers and is finished with approx. 0.20ctw genuine VS1-VS2/G-H brilliant round cut diamond accents. The pendant is decorated with the signature of the brand, the use of both polished and matte finishes, which creates a truly sophisticated and elegant look. Carrera y Carrera has a long history of celebrity clientele, including Jennifer Lopez, Madonna, Olivia Wilde, and many others. The brand is an icon of gold craftsmanship and jewelry artisanship, and creates each piece in its workshops as if it were a small work of art. Each piece is meticulously crafted in a series of labor intensive steps as if creating a sculpture, using the lost wax casting method. The piece finished by master jewelers who painstakingly choose the gems and set them into the piece. The final touch, and Carrera y Carrera's trademark, is the matte-gloss finish, which allows a greater appreciation of the details of these small sculptures. The pendant is stamped with several hallmarks on the back of the bale, and the clasp is signed with the Carrera "CC" hallmark along with the gold purity and serial number.
