Est. $20,000-$25,000 Prince's Black & White Mesh Top Worn at Versace Fall 1997 Versus Fashion Show & Uptown Magazine Cover Acquired From 1st Wife Mayte Garcia W/LOA & Book Signed by Mayte - This black mesh turtleneck short-sleeve shirt features an asymmetrical off-white stripe across front and back, and is or is similar to the shirt worn by Prince at the Gianni Versace Fall 1997 Versus fashion show. Prince was also pictured wearing this shirt on cover of "Uptown" magazine alongside Mayte Garcia, on the Fall 1997 issue (provided images are solely for reference). This shirt was acquired from Prince's first wife Mayte Garcia, and will be accompanied by a letter of authenticity from The Collection: Prince Archives signed by Mayte which states in part "I remember him loving the shirt but based on the number of photos that he was photographed wearing it; he must have really loved it". The shirt will also come with a signed copy of Garcia's book, "The Most Beautiful. My Life With Prince."
