Est. $5,000-$5,500 Carrera y Carrera Solid 18K Yellow Gold 18" Fairy Pendant Necklace W/Diamond Accents & Onyx Wings in Carrera Box W/Pouch & Guarantee Card - This stunning piece was finely crafted by Carrera y Carrera, of solid 18k yellow gold. The necklace has a beautifully ornate design with an enchanting 3" fairy pendant finished with genuine onyx wings set with a VS diamond accent, and holding an approx. 0.15ct diamond which hangs from her hand. The fairy is decorated with both matte and polished finishes, the signature of the brand. The pendant is suspended from a heavy, 3mm wide chain which is signed with the Carrera hallmarks on the clasp. Carrera y Carrera is an icon of gold craftsmanship and jewelry artisanship, and creates each piece in its workshops as if it were a small work of art. Each piece is meticulously crafted in a series of labor intensive steps as if creating a sculpture, using the lost wax casting method. The piece finished by master jewelers who painstakingly choose the gems and set them into the piece. The final touch, and Carrera y Carrera's trademark, is the matte-gloss finish, which allows a greater appreciation of the details of these small sculptures.
