The opal displays a unique deep brownish grey background with broad flash and floral patterns of vividly colored flashes of oranges, greens and yellows, and has a beautifully high fire which can be viewed from all angles. The combination of striking, almost-neon colors is what makes this particular opal so alluring and the deeply colored background amplifies the coloring and vibrancy of this opal creating a striking look. This piece has excellent investment potential, as opals are one of the most brittle stones in the world and stones of this size usually get broken or damaged. This piece has absolutely no chips or damage to the stone and is not a doublet, but is a solid opal of the finest quality.
