Est. $170,000-$180,000 25.19ct AGL Certified Vietnamese No Heat Ruby, 8.00ctw VS1-VS2/F-G Diamond & Solid Platinum 15mm Wide Ring Made for Royal Family (Comes W/$180,000 Appraisal) - This magnificent ring was finely crafted of solid platinum, and boasts a stunning 25.19ct AGL certified Vietnamese ruby. The cabochon ruby has an oval shape and displays a beautiful raspberry red color, and shows no heat enhancement according to the AGL report. No heat rubies are extremely scarce and even more so in large sizes, as they are commonly heated to improve their color and appearance. The ring is also embellished with approx. 8.00ctw genuine VS1-VS2/F-G diamonds with princess-cut diamonds lining the center of the band and pave set round diamonds lining the front and back sides and the outer edge of the band. The diamonds decorate the entire body of the ring to create a truly show stopping piece. The ring measures 15m wide (at the widest point). This ring was custom made for a member of the royal family, and was made after the passing of the emperor as the ruby was in one of his favorite rings. After his passing, the family contacted a master jeweler and had this ring made for his descendants. The ring will be accompanied by the AGL report for the ruby, along with a $180,000 insurance valuation report in the winning bidder's name by a graduate appraiser. Ring size: 8.25 (WEIGHT: 33.2 grams)
