The diamond displays a gorgeous even green color and has beautiful high-end facet work that creates a radiant and eye-catching brilliance. This piece was made for the Princess of the Royal Family, as it was given to her as a wedding gift to remind her of prosperity and the importance of giving. The ring shows wonderful attention to detail, as the green diamond is set in solid platinum to best display its natural and even green color. This piece has excellent investment potential, as natural green diamonds are very rare and only a few are produced each year. With the exception of red diamonds, high-quality greens are the most expensive natural diamond color in the market today. Green diamonds are incredibly rare, and are likely to become even more scarce as the mines where these diamonds were once located are now empty. This ring is also decorated with approx. 2.75ctw genuine VS1-VS2/G-H pear and marquise-cut diamond accents which create an ornate design around the center diamond and line the shoulders of the piece, finishing the ring beautifully. The table of the ring measures approx. 20mm x 16.5mm, and the band measures approx. 2.2mm wide. The ring will be accompanied by the GIA report for the green diamond, which is dated 2017. Ring size: 6.25. (WEIGHT: 7.8 grams) Please note: This piece will come with a $205,000 appraisal by a graduate appraiser in the winning bidder's name for insurance purposes.
