This Complicated watch is made of solid stainless steel, and 18K Rose gold features a 48mm case with skeleton case back. This was part of an extremely limited edition, and it has a ruby marker on the imprinted design dial. This rare wristwatch is truly a collector's dream in this magnificent condition. The rose gold finish on the case also has the Patek marking etched along both sides of the watch. Patek Philippe upholds a tradition in complications (anything a mechanical watch might do beyond telling the time and simple date) that are useful in everyday situations, such as Annual Calendars, dual time zones and World Time displays.
