Est. $1,000-$1,500 Lucille Ball & Desi Arnaz Personally Owned Hats From The Joe Franklin Memory Lane Collection W/LOA - These hats were personally owned by Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz. The famous pair were one of the most beloved husband and wife team in the history of television, and became Hollywood royalty until their separation in the late 1950s. These hats were acquired from the collection of Joe Franklin, the legendary American radio and television host personality, author and actor, whose show featured famous guests such as Andy Warhol, Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe, Salvador Dali, John Lennon and Yoko Ono, and countless others. Franklin had a love of collecting momentos from his guests, and would ask each guest to leave him a personal item, many of which would oblige. The hats will be accompanied by two letters of authenticity from Franklin, one for each hat.
