Est. $13,000-$14,000 8.40ct Oval-Cut AAA Tanzanite, 1.60ctw VS2-SI1/G-H Diamond & Solid 18K White Gold Cocktail Ring (W/$14,000 Appraisal) - This stunning ring is made of solid 18k white gold, and contains a lovely 8.40ct (approximate) genuine oval-cut AAA tanzanite. The tanzanite is mounted in a 4-prong setting in the center of the ring, surrounded by a halo of fiery white diamonds. The ring contains approx. 1.60ctw genuine VS2-SI1/G-H brilliant round-cut diamonds which create a halo around the tanzanite and decorate the shoulders of the piece. The shoulders of the ring are also each decorated with (4) marquise-cut diamond accents which create an elegant "X" motif, finishing the ring beautifully. This piece has excellent investment potential, as this stunning gem is becoming increasingly sought after by collectors, as it is rarer than a diamond and only found in one place on earth. Tanzanite continues to rise in value due to its rarity and its beautiful, rich violet-blue color.
