Est. $3,000-$3,500 Italian 68.40ct Blue Sapphire Briolette & Solid 18K White Gold 18" Necklace W/0.10ctw Diamond Accents - This lovely necklace was made in Italy, and was finely crafted of solid 18k white gold. The pendant measures approx. 2" in length, and contains a stunning 68.40ct (approximate) genuine blue sapphire briolette. The briolette has a polished surface which allows all of the various shades of this beautiful gemstone to show through, creating a marble-like effect. The pendant is also decorated with approx. 0.10ctw genuine VS2-SI1/G-H round-cut diamond accents which are set just above the sapphire in a graduating fashion, finishing the piece beautifully. The pendant hangs on a solid 18k white gold 18" chain, and the piece is in beautiful condition. (WEIGHT: 15.9 grams)
