The necklace is then finished with a suspended foliate pendant, made of solid 18k yellow gold and decorated with approx. 15.50ctw genuine pear and round-cut blue topaz. The pendant is also decorated with incised details creating a textured effect, showing wonderful attention to detail. (WEIGHT: 49.7 grams)
