Est. $515,000-$540,000 12.35ct GIA Certified VVS2 Fancy Yellow Diamond in 1.40ctw VS1-VS2/F-G Diamond Solid Platinum & 18K Yellow Gold Setting - This magnificent ring was finely crafted of solid platinum, and boasts a stunning, 12.35ct GIA certified VVS2 Fancy Yellow cushion-cut diamond. This diamond is among one of the best investment quality pieces you can buy, due to its natural, even color. The diamond is over 12.00ct, placing it in the upper investment tier. The center diamond is set in solid 18K vibrant yellow gold dual claw 4-prong setting (essentially, it has 8 prongs, because there are two-prongs on all four sides). This adds extra security to the center diamond, as gold is less malleable than platinum. Setting the diamond in 18k yellow gold also displays its true, brilliant bright yellow color. The center diamond is flanked by (2) approx. 0.70ct VS1-VS2/F-G trapeze-cut accent diamonds, which finish the ring flawlessly. This ring will be accompanied by a GIA colored diamond grading report. The diamond is graded VVS2, Natural Fancy Yellow, has even color distribution, very good polish, and has no fluorescence. If you would like to view the full GIA report, please request prior to bidding by emailing: Brigitte@gwsauctions.com. Ring size: 6.25 (WEIGHT: 12.7 grams) Please note: This piece will come with a $540,000 appraisal by a graduate appraiser in the winning bidder's name for insurance purposes.
