Est. $70,000-$75,000 11.28ct GIA Certified Yellow-Orange Sapphire in 2.50ctw VS2-SI1/G-H Rose & Round-Cut Diamond Solid 18K White Gold Designer Setting (W/$75,000 Appraisal) - This gorgeous ring was finely crafted of solid 18k white gold, and boasts a lovely 11.28ct GIA certified oval-cut yellow-orange sapphire. The sapphire displays a strong, almost pure orange color with a vivid saturation and a lovely golden color shift toward the center of the gemstone. This piece has excellent investment potential, as orange sapphires with pleasing color are rare in any size, and even stones that are slightly or moderately included are still valuable gems which are sought after by collectors and gem connoisseurs around the globe. This stone is a massive 11.28ct, and has a lovely bright golden orange color. This stunning gemstone alone could retail for $7000 or more per carat due to its large size and beautiful hue. The sapphire is set in a solid 18k white gold setting which contains approx. 2.50ctw genuine VS2-SI1/G-H diamonds. The ring contains approx. 0.90ctw brilliant round-cut diamonds which create a halo around the gemstone and line the shoulders of the ring, and approx. 1.60ctw rose-cut diamonds which create a larger outer halo, finishing the piece beautifully. This piece shows stunning attention to detail, as rose-cut diamonds are extremely difficult to cut and take the work of a master gem cutter. The table of the ring measures approx. 24mm x 21mm, and the band measures 3.5mm wide. The inside of the band is signed with a designer maker's mark, along with the gold purity "AU 750". This piece will be accompanied by the full GIA report for the sapphire, which is dated 2018. Ring size: 8.25 (WEIGHT: 14.1 grams) Please note: This piece will come with a $75,000 appraisal by a graduate appraiser in the winning bidder's name for insurance purposes.
