The necklace is comprised of a 0.75" pendant, which hangs on an 18" chain. The pendant contains a 1.55ct (approximate) oval-cut Zambian Emerald, which is surrounded by approx. 1.20ctw genuine SI1-SI2/G-H round-cut diamonds. The emerald has a striking, lush blue-green that only the finest emeralds have. Over the past few years Zambia has become a competitor with Colombia, as it is said that Zambian Emeralds are generally cleaner and more saturated in color than Columbian Emeralds. Designers such as Tiffany & Co. have begun using Zambian Emeralds in their pieces. This is truly a gorgeous piece, with a simple yet elegant design which radiates beauty and poise. (WEIGHT: 9.6 grams)
