The emerald has a beautiful brightness about it, and has a gorgeous lush green color that only the finest emeralds have. An emerald this quality can sell for approx. $5,000 or more per carat, as you simply do not see emeralds this size with this color in today's market. The emerald sits at the top of the piece, in a halo setting which contains approx. 0.75ctw genuine VS1-VS2 round-cut fancy yellow and white diamonds, which also decorate the shoulders of the piece. The yellow diamonds are set in yellow gold, to best display their vibrant lemon yellow color. The diamonds have a brilliant sparkle and are beautifully eye clean.
