Est. $25,000-$30,000 Michael Jackson's Stage Worn Aviator Sunglasses Given to Corey Feldman W/COA, Notarized Letter & Copy of Letter From Feldman - These aviator sunglasses were stage worn by Michael Jackson during the 1984 Victory Tour, and given to actor Corey Feldman in 1985. The aviator style glasses have a gold frame and black lenses, and will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, notarized statement and a copy of the original letter from Corey Feldman stating how he received the glasses. The notarized statement is from the marketing management company Lyon/Stinson Entertainment Marketing, which was in charge of marketing for Michael Jackson's Victory and Bad tours, along with his official fan club. The letter states that the executive created a marketing sweepstakes for major newspapers in which there would be a drawing and the winner would get a pair of autographed, stage worn sunglasses. The executive would collect the sunglasses at the end of each show, and bring them to Michael to autograph once a week. If there were extras, Michael would refuse to sign them, as he was tired of signing autographs after doing so since childhood. The statement also states that Michael would occasionally keep some unsigned pairs to give to friends, and would give this pair (along with others) to actor Corey Feldman. This special piece is a symbol of a friendship between two Hollywood entertainers. Corey Feldman is an American actor and singer, who became well known during the 1980s with roles as a youth in films such as "Gremlins", "The Goonies" and "Stand by Me". Michael Jackson became a friend and mentor to Corey Feldman after his rising notoriety. Please note: the glasses are missing one of the nose pads.
