Est. $2,500-$3,000 Kim-Thanh Vietnamese .9999 Pure Gold Bar (Refugee Gold Bar from 1970's) Ultra Rare Find - This lot is a pure .9999 fine gold bar marked "Kim Thanh". These bars were used by refugees from Vietnam that were escaping to Hong Kong, Cambodia and the US for safety during the fall of Saigon. These gold bars truly are a piece of history, and this one is museum quality. This bar came from a Vietnamese royal family's personal California estate. No other information will be provided, as they still have family in Vietnam and wish to remain private. The bar measures (approximately): 3.28" L x 1.26" W, and it weighs: 15.5 Grams.
