Est. $8,500-$9,000 5.41ct Near Flawless Trillion-Cut Rubellite, 0.75ctw VS1-VS2/G-H Diamond & Solid Platinum Cocktail Ring - This stunning ring was finely crafted of solid platinum, and boasts a magnificent, 5.41ct near flawless elongated trillion-cut rubellite tourmaline. The ring has an ornate geometric design, with a unique, 5mm wide (approximate) wave-shaped band. The ring is finished with approx. 0.75ctw genuine VS1-VS2/G-H pave set round diamonds and channel set baguette-cut diamonds, which decorate the shoulders of the piece. The diamonds are fiery white and accent the brilliant red color of the rubellite beautifully. This piece is absolutely breathtaking, and truly embodies high quality and sophistication. This is a true investment piece, as rubellite is one of the most popular gems on the market today, and this particular rubellite is a true raspberry color, with little to no color shift. Rubellites of this size are becoming harder and harder to come by, and when you can find them, they are usually grainy and heavily included. These types of tourmalines can usually only be found in upper-end or collector's markets. This stone is 5.41ct, and could retail alone for approx. $1000 or more per carat, as you simply cannot find rubellite of this size and quality anymore, as it no longer exists.
