Est. $144,500-$145,000 19.19ct GIA Certified Paraiba Tourmaline, 2.55ctw VS1-VS2/F-G Diamond & Solid 18K White Gold Ring (W/$145,000 Appraisal) - This stunning, investment quality piece is made of solid 18K white gold. The center of the ring boasts a 19.19ct GIA certified Paraiba Tourmaline. The GIA report describes the center stone as a brilliant oval cut with a greenish blue color. This gem has an unusual vivid blue-green that had never been seen before in any gemstone, and beautiful facet work that enhances the gorgeous color even more. The gemstone appears to glow with a neon or electric-like quality, and this specimen is truly like no there we have ever seen. The table of the ring measures a massive: 22.5mm x 20mm. The ring is finished with approx. 2.55ctw genuine VS1-VS2/F-G diamonds which create a halo around the tourmaline, decorate the shoulders of the piece and also on the front and back sides of the band, showing wonderful attention to detail. Paraiba Tourmalines are incredibly rare, and even more so when they are in this high carat and quality. They can be considered investment quality when they are over 10 carats, and this stone alone could sell for approx. $12,000 or more per carat. This piece is a custom made, one of a kind piece which looks as though it was made for royalty. This is one of the finest pieces of jewelry we have ever seen come through the auction house, and we have sold over $100 million in jewelry over the last decade. Ring size: 7.5 (WEIGHT: 12.9 grams) Please note: This piece will come with the GIA report dated 2017, along with a $145,000 appraisal by a graduate appraiser in the winning bidder's name for insurance purposes.
