The emerald has a lush deep green color with a blueish color shift that only the finest emeralds have, and an emerald this quality can wholesale for approx. $10,000 or more per carat. We would rate this emerald an 8.5/10, as it is truly breathtaking. The emerald is surrounded by approx. 0.60ctw genuine VS1-VS2/F-G round-cut pave set diamonds which create a halo around the emerald, and the top of the halo setting is also decorated with approx. 0.15ctw genuine fancy yellow diamonds that finish the piece beautifully.
