This vividly colored black opal is filled with flashes of green, blue and orange. The combination of striking, almost-neon colors is what makes this particular opal so alluring and the black background amplifies the coloring and vibrancy of this opal. The opal is set in a solid platinum ring with approx. 3.00ctw VS1-VS2/F-G round, marquise and baguette-cut diamonds which create a halo cluster around the opal. The table of the ring measures approx. 24.5mm x 22mm and the band measures 3.5mm wide. This piece will come with a $28,000 insurance appraisal in the winning bidder's name.
