Est. $14,000-$15,000 Faberge 123.00ct Russian Citrine Poodle W/Genuine Ruby Eyes in Faberge Leather Casket (One of a Kind) - This stunning piece is made of a 123ct (approximately) Russian Citrine, and has ruby eyes. The piece has amazing attention to detail. This is thought to be a one of a kind piece, as there were not many animal figurines that were made of a solid gemstone. Most figurines were made of nephrite, obsidian, jade and other forms of hard stones. This piece has very fine attention to detail, and each portion of the piece is embellished with life like incised details. The natural inclusion in the gemstone were used to delicately, and intricately accent this amazing piece. You can see almost every hair of the show poodle in clear, and distinct detail, this truly is an amazing piece. The dog is in a "show stance position" and has a proud and focused gaze that reflects perfection, and loyalty. Measures: 40.8mm H x 42.8mm L. This piece does come in a leather casket that was custom made for this piece. The piece has no markings as there is no precious metals used in this specimen.
