The pendant has a 2.25ct (approximate) heart-cut amethyst center, surrounded by approx. 2.50ctw genuine SI2-I1/G-H round-cut diamonds. The necklace is stamped "Italy" and "14k". (WEIGHT: 18.4 grams)
