Est. $3,750-$4,250 1950s Solid 14K Yellow Gold & 1.00ct Emerald Custom Hand Made "Cuckoo Clock" Lapel Pin W/Diamond, Blue Sapphire, Ruby & Pearl Accents - This lovely, vintage piece is made of solid 14K yellow gold and was a custom made piece. The lapel pin is in the form of a "Cuckoo Clock", and has an actual clock movement inside of the piece which is displayed through the front of the pin. The face is made of mother of pearl with applied gold markers and hands, and the clock has a smooth wind. Above the clock is a hand carved, 1.00ct (approximate) genuine emerald foliate detail, which is flanked by approx. 0.20ctw genuine diamond accents. The diamonds have been set in white gold to best display their radiant white color, and the setting is finished with millgrain details. Around the piece on either side are approx. 0.40ctw blue sapphire and 0.40ctw ruby cabochons, and the back of the piece depicts a sparrow sitting on the ledge, accented with a genuine pearl center. From the clock hang (2) gold tassels finished with 4.5mm iridescent genuine pearls. This is a truly unique and one of a kind piece that is in excellent condition. You simply do not see pieces with this amazing attention to detail anymore. This piece features a master's attention to detail, and even has windows on the front and back of the piece, shingles on the roof, and incised foliate details throughout the piece.
