The pendant contains approx. 0.55ctw genuine SI1-SI2/G-H diamonds that line the perimeter of the piece, and a suspended 0.50ct (approximate) genuine marquise cut ruby. The piece is stamped "18k", and is in excellent condition. (WEIGHT: 6.2 grams)
