Rare 1950's 5.00ctw Green Tourmaline/5.00ctw Citrine & Solid 14K Yellow Gold Set of 1.5" Dress or Collar Clips W/Ribbon Motif & Interchangeable Gemstones - These chic and stunning dress clips come from one of the world's most celebrated house of gems and jewels, Tiffany & Co. This versatile, high-fashion set is circa 1940s-50s, and is designed as stylized, scrolled ribbons crafted in gleaming 14k yellow gold. Each piece contains a 2.50ct (approximate) trillion-cut, prong set green tourmaline. This set is truly unique, as they will also come with (2) 2.50ct (approximate) genuine trillion-cut citrines, which are interchangable with the tourmalines. The reverse features a traditional pair of dual prong style pins, and are stamped with the gold purity and Tiffany & Co. hallmarks. This is an incredibly rare find, as many of these sets became split up, and when you actually can find these pieces they are usually sold as single pieces. Each dress clip measures approx. 1.5"L x 1"W, and they are in wonderful condition for their age. These pieces are highly sought after by collectors all over the world, fashion designers and stylists as they have proven to be not only fashion foward, but continuously rise in value over time.
