Est. $28,000-$28,500 7.50ct Near Flawless Trillion-Cut Rubellite W/Bar Facets & 18K Deco Style Matte Gold Finished 1.25" Pendant on 18K Chain (W/$28,500 Appraisal) - This stunning piece was finely crafted of solid 18k yellow gold, and has a Deco Style design. The pendant measures approx. 1.25" long, and contains a gorgeous, 7.50ct (approximate) near flawless Rubellite that is a unique, tapered trillion cut. The Rubellite has beautiful vertical banded bar facets, making this piece very labor intensive. The pendant has a heavy, luxurious feel and is accented with a matte gold finish in the center of the pendant's setting. The pendant hangs on an 18", solid 18k Italian yellow gold chain. This is a true investment piece, as rubellite is one of the most popular gems on the market today, and this particular rubellite is a true raspberry color, with little to no color shift. Rubellites of this size are becoming harder and harder to come by, and when you can find them, they are usually grainy and heavily included. These types of tourmalines can usually only be found in upper-end or collector's markets. (WEIGHT: 17.9 grams) This piece will come with a $28,500 insurance appraisal in the winning bidder's name.
