The watch has a 32mm solid 18k yellow gold case, and has the original hand sewn Patek Philippe brown alligator band with solid 18k tang buckle. The watch has a manual wind movement, and is running smoothly. The watch has an ultra rare, salmon colored dial with subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o'clock, and applied 18k hands along with 12, 3, and 9 o'clock Roman Numeral markers. The watch has the original acrylic crystal, and is in beautiful condition. This is a stunningly rare find in this beautiful, original condition. The watch measures 9" in length, and will fit up to a 7.5" wrist comfortably.
