Est. $45,000-$47,000 Art Deco 12.00ctw Near Flawless Rubellite, 3.50ctw SI1-SI2/G-H Mine Cut Diamond, & Solid 18K White Gold Duette (Comes With $45,000 Appraisal) - This stunning piece is a 1920s, solid 18k white gold duette boasting 12.00ctw (approximate) cushion cut, near flawless Rubellite. This is a true investment piece, as rubellite is one of the most popular gems on the market today, and this particular rubellite is a true raspberry color, with little to no color shift. Rubellites of this size are becoming harder and harder to come by, and when you can find them, they are usually grainy and heavily included. These types of Tourmalines can usually only be found in upper-end or collector's markets. This piece contains (2) 6.00ct rubellites, which would wholesale for over $1000 per carat, as you simply cannot find rubellite of this size and quality anymore, as it no longer exists. The rubellites are flanked by approx. 3.50ctw genuine SI1-SI2/G-H mine cut diamonds, that are each bordered by ornate, millgrain details. This unique piece is made up of (3) pieces, as a duette is a convertible piece, which contains two dress clips that can be removed from the frame to wear separately as a pair or combined as a striking brooch. The brooch measures approx. 2.25" x 1", and each clip measures approx. 1.13" x 1". This piece will also come with a $45,000 appraisal from a third party, GIA Certified gemologist for insurance purposes. (WEIGHT: 19.9 grams)
