Est. $7,500-$9,000 "The Beach Boys" Dennis Wilson in Early 1970's Being Worshiped by Crowd NEVER BEFORE SEEN Photo Slide in Hotel Byblos Envelope W/Milton Love's Typed Notes on It - This slide is from the estate of Milton Love, and were discovered in a drawer of a dresser that was purchased. These photos have never been released or seen by anyone outside of the Love/Wilson families. Milton Love is the father of one of the most famous Beach Boys, Mike Love (AKA Dr. Love). The slide is a never before released photo of Dennis Wilsonin the early 1970's as a crowd pleaser during a concert (as stated on the envelope by Milton Love). You can truly see how much the fans worshiped him, and Dennis looks like a Greek God in this photo. The slide is in a Hotel Byblos envelope, and has Milton Love's typed writted, personal notes on it. We will not be showing photographs of the slides to maintain their value as "Unreleased Photos". These items were never meant for release, as the family always assumed that someone had cleaned out the drawers of the dresser prior to selling it. The Beach Boys are America's biggest band, and are rock n' roll legends. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to own a legendary piece of iconic history that no one else has ever seen, and was thought to be lost forever. We have only photographed the envelopes with the slide(s) inside, as the new buyer will be the owner of the photograph and will have the choice to release it, or not. There has never been anything like this offered at auction. We have personally spoken with a representative for The Beach Boys, and they confirmed that this is part of the "Milton Love Lost Collection." All photo negatives are available for private viewing (by appointment only), you may schedule an appointment by emailing: Brigitte@gwsauctions.com. All previews will require a signed "Non-Disclosure" prior to viewing.
