The pendant is made of solid 14k white gold, and boasts a stunning, 28.00ct AAA Australian Fire Opal. The amazing opal displays a clean white background with high fire, and has very unique broad flash and floral pattern with green, blue, yellow, and orange flashes. Opals are one of the most brittle stones in the world, and stones of this size usually get broken, or damaged. This piece has absolutely no chips, or damage to the stone. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a doublet, this is a solid opal and is of the highest investment quality. A master gem cutter faceted this Opal like a gemstone and the results create a stunning visual effect. The opal measures a massive 27mm, and is surrounded by approx. 2.75ctw genuine VS2-SI1 fancy yellow and fiery white diamonds. The diamonds create a unique pattern, with an inner row of pave set white diamonds and an outer row of alternating yellow and white diamonds, creating a beautiful halo around the opal. The pendant measures 1.25" long, and hangs on a 17" solid 14k white gold chain. (WEIGHT: 16.3 grams)
