Est. $38,000-$42,000 Karl Faberge Obsidian Bulldog W/Solid 72 Yellow Gold & Red Enamel Collar & 1/2ct Mine-Cut VS Diamond Tag in Custom Made Faberge Casket- This piece is made of solid obsidian, and is a genuine, museum quality Karl Faberge piece. The piece is a hand carved depiction of a bulldog. The dog has incised details, and is delicately finished with a solid 72 yellow gold (The Pre-Revolution standard for 18K) collar. The collar is then finished with a vibrant red enamel center row that stands out brilliantly against the black obsidian and bright yellow gold. The collar bears the "KF" marking in Crylic, and is marked "72". This piece is a rare depiction, as most figurines made by Karl Faberge were "minis", and this piece stands almost 4" in height, making it a very rare piece of the highest investment quality. This piece is marked by the master himself, and these are among the most difficult pieces in the world to find. This piece also comes in a custom made, leather exterior casket.
