This piece was made by Patek Philippe for exhibition in Hong Kong in 1990, and since that time has been in one private collection, and has had just one owner. This piece is a letter opener, made of solid 18k yellow gold. This piece is unique, due to the fact that it is not just a letter opener, but also a Patek Philippe watch, with quartz movement and sapphire crystal. Surrounding the watch case are delicate, filigree details and just below the case are gorgeous, fiery white VS diamond accents. The crown sits on the top of the watch and is finished with a cabochon royal blue sapphire. This piece is truly one of a kind, and you will never see another piece like this. The piece will come in the original Patek Philippe box, and will also come with a crocodile leather case. Measurements: Length - 197mm (7.75"), watch case - 31mm X 36mm without crown. (72 grams)
