Est. $2,400-$2,750 Ilias Lalaounis Greek Solid 18K Yellow Gold Handmade Ring W/Genuine Rubies, Emeralds, Diamonds, & Sapphires *Custom Piece* - This gorgeous, handmade piece was made in Greece by famed designer Ilias Lalaounis. The ring is made of solid 18k yellow gold and has a pear-cut 0.20ct genuine ruby center with (3) 0.03ct emerald and (2) 0.03ct blue sapphire accents. The ring is also adorned with genuine diamond accents in the center of the table, surrounding the ruby. The ring also has an ornate, twisted reeding that creates a beautiful filigree design, and is also finished with a twisted reeding around the edges of the piece. Please note: this is a custom made piece, and has the scratch marks of the designer instead of the Ilias Lalaounis nameplate. Our seller had the piece custom made during a trip to Greece. The table measures 10.5mm wide. Ring size: 7. (4.5 grams)
