Est. $18,000-$21,500 Erte (Russian, 1892-1990) Art Deco Original "Chapeau" Hammered Bronze & Enamel Vase W/Figural Female Overlay *Signed* - This stunning piece in an original, hammered bronze vase made by famous Russian artist Romain Petrovich Tirtoff (Erte). The vase is made of bronze, and has a hammered surface with a gorgeous, figural female overlay, decorated with gold, silver, and bronze enamels. The vase was believed to be made by Erte in 1930, and is signed "Erte" on the front, in the lower right corner. The vase measures 9.5" high, and is in excellent condition. This is truly a museum quality piece, made by the "Father of Art Deco".
