The surrounding perimeter creates an "S" shape around the two sapphires, and has a unique, reverse milgrain design that accents the piece wonderfully. The table of the piece measures 18mm. The ring is stamped 10k and has a "D.S." makers mark. Ring size: 7. (5.4 grams)
