Est. $8,000-$9,500 Madonna Personally Owned Handmade Pink Ballet Slippers W/COA - This lot is a pair of pink ballet slippers, handmade for Madonna. The inside of the slippers are stamped "Handcrafted by Ballet Makers USA". The slippers are in excellent condition, and have been stored in a plastic bag for protection. The slippers were acquired from Christies London in 1994, and will come with a certificate of authenticity. Madonna (born Madonna Louise Ciccone: August 16th, 1958) is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, and actress, who achieved popularity by pushing the boundaries of lyrical content in mainstream music, and imagery in her music videos. She is referred to as the "Queen of Pop", and is often cited as an influence by other artists.
